Cauliflower Baobab Pizza Crust 🍕 with Hawaiian inspired toppings!! Very delicious in its unique way. This crust recipe came after a not as successful attempt a few months back, but we found the key is to get rid of all the water 💧 (or as much as possible) when prepping the cauliflower. ALSO, not gonna pretend here, but our vote is that a gluten crust still tastes better, BUT if you had a lot of carbs or bread during the week/weekend and you are craving pizza, this is a GREAT 👍 alternative. Plus this is mostly veggie, so if you need some more veggies in your life (plus added powbab baobab powder for fiber), then this is a fun way to do it. So with that in mind....😁👏❗️
Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon of oregano 🌿
1/2 teaspoon of Italian spices
1/2 Salt and black pepper
1/2 tablespoon of avocado oil
1/4 cup of powbab organic baobab powder
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (or goat cheese works great too, better texture), plus more cheese for toppings
2 eggs
Toppings:
Fresh pineapple
Fresh tomatoes
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
