Balance your liver enzymes, plus combat fat accumulation in the liver and other potential inflammatory symptoms related to the repercussions of a 'fatty' liver.
Developed through a scientifically validated process, we hereby provide information and diagnostics from the studies performed to show in vivo results of the power of this formula. We also compare our results to publicly available studies done on popular botanicals used to treat the liver, and show how our formula yields more effective results.

Fatty liver or NAFLD is a growing epidemic and global problem in both Eastern and Western populations, affecting an estimated 25% of the world globally(1). NAFLD is growing to become the most common chronic liver condition and is associated with Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Kidney Disease and Obesity(2).
Detected to have strong correlation with economic prosperity and certain dietary customs such as a high fat diet, the condition is particularly on the rise in Asia among countries such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, and China.
Symptoms are usually not obvious and NAFLD goes undetected in the early stages. Many people find out they have the condition during a Doctor's visit while carrying out tests for other reasons or issues. "Occasionally, people with NASH or fibrosis (more advanced stages of NAFLD) may experience a dull or aching pain in the top right of the tummy (over the lower right side of the ribs), extreme tiredness, unexplained weight loss, weakness. If cirrhosis (the most advanced stage) develops, you can get more severe symptoms, such as yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes (jaundice), itchy skin, and swelling in the legs, ankles, feet or tummy (oedema)."(2) Powbab, Inc. does not provide medical advice, please consult your physician.
To further understand fatty liver and NAFLD, one must understand inflammation. We will explain what inflammation is and why reducing it is so important for liver health. Below, download our PDF for a deep dive on: inflammation, inflammation markers, and progression of NAFLD. The language is quite technical, but it is best explained scientifically. Understanding inflammation will show how powerful powbab® Liver Cleanse Detox can be for your body and why you should care.
Now that you have read about inflammation and how it is measured in the body, scroll down to see our research results on the performance of dietary supplement powbab® Liver Cleanse Detox.
Based on scientific in vivo validation conducted on powbab® Liver Cleanse Detox, we see results of significantly less lipid accumulation and lower liver enzymes after taking this proprietary supplement formula. When compared to milk thistle (silymarin), dandelion leaf, dandelion root, and artichoke leaf, each taken at respective competitor dosages, it takes fewer capsules of powbab® Liver Cleanse Detox on a daily basis to achieve a notable positive impact on liver function. Further, powbab® goes above and beyond by showing the change in lipid accumulation as seen in liver sample pictures, demonstrating actual results. Many of the scientific studies available on the aforementioned competitor botanicals do not demonstrate strong efficacy or lipid accumulation impact. However, the studies that do provide more potential may require consumption at very high doses compared to supplement dosages sold on the market.
Below, we pull excerpts or conclusions from studies referenced on milk thistle (silymarin), dandelion leaf, dandelion root, and artichoke leaf to provide further insight into their conclusions and results on liver health. Unfortunately, there are only a few studies to choose from; however, we present the strongest ones available.
"Results from clinical trials of milk thistle for liver diseases have been mixed, and two rigorously designed studies found no benefit."
- NIH, U.S. Department of Health (3)
"Some preliminary studies have suggested that silymarin may improve liver function by keeping toxic substances from binding to liver cells. However, studies on the milk thistle’s effectiveness in treating liver disorders have yielded mixed results."
- Very Well Health Media (4)
"In a randomized trial of 99 patients, we found that silymarin (700 mg, given 3 times daily for 48 weeks) did not reduce NAS scores by 30% or more in a significantly larger proportion of patients with NASH than placebo. Silymarin may reduce liver fibrosis but this remains to be confirmed in a larger trial. It appears to be safe and well tolerated."
- A Randomized Trial of Silymarin for the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Wah Kheong, Chan et al. Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Volume 15, Issue 12, 1940 - 1949.e8
"In a randomized double blind clinical trial, 60 consecutive patients suffering NASH were randomly assigned to receive Cynara scolymus extract (as 6 tablets per day consisting of 2700 mg extract of the herb) as the intervention group or placebo as the control group for two months… shed[ding] light on the potential hepatoprotective activity and hypolipidemic effect of Cynara scolymus in management of NASH."

The dandelion plant has long been used for medicinal purposes and food but the components of dandelion leaf and dandelion root differ.

A mice study in Korea posits that 2g/kg of dandelion leaf extract (made from dried and powdered leaves cooked with pure water) alleviates high-fat diet induced NAFLD.

In a study where 600mg/kg of dandelion root water-ethanol extract (DWE) was administered to mice daily, results suggested that the DWE had a therapeutic effect on carbon tetrachloride-induced liver damage.
